About the project
We wanted to explore how we could generate a large amount of exploration pages for locations all around the UK that would help our customers explore a location and find out what they could look forward to when visiting that location. We used the OpenAI ChatGPT to generate us large amounts of content on-demand.
We see this being applied to help content creator/writers at Sykes to generate a large dataset of content for customers. Our tool could be used to help them generate a "first draft" of a new location and then refine and tailor the page to be more of a marketing proposition for customers, as well as fact check the content is real and true.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We commonly work in the owner space and enjoyed taking a break for that pillar of the business and letting our minds wonder on a new stakeholder and how we could deliver value for them. We had fun with laptops not working, getting ChatGPT to do all sorts of things for us and just having a good laugh.
